Cookie consent
Free cookie consent banner that controls what loads
Scan your site, review what you find and hold mapped scripts until visitors choose. Then shape the banner, install it on any site and keep the consent record in one place.
- GDPR and CCPA/CPRA modes
- Google Consent Mode
- Works on any website
Change the layout, mode and colour, then make a choice
Set it up in four steps
Build the consent setup around the actual website, not a generic popup.
Create the banner
Start with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or strict global behaviour. Then add the website and set the consent period.
Scan the website
Check reachable pages or scan only the URLs you choose. Review every finding before it enters the cookie declaration.
Set the rules
Set the consent categories and map optional scripts. Choose which visitors and pages should receive the banner.
Install and monitor
Turn it on for a CodeDesign site or add the runtime elsewhere. Review visitor choices and export the record when you need it.
The cookie banner stays connected to the work behind it
Scan the pages first. Then review the services you find and decide what should run after a visitor makes a choice.

Build the website. Generate the cookie policy to match.
Create the pages in CodeDesign, then scan the site before it goes live. Review the services found, use them to create your cookie policy, and connect the same setup to the consent banner.

- Services grouped by consent category
- Update both when the website changes

A Great Website Builder for Non-Technical Business Owners
I recently created my first website using CodeDesign.ai, despite having no knowledge of coding, programming languages, or web development. The platform made the entire process remarkably simple and intuitive. As a business owner rather than an IT professional, I found CodeDesign.ai to be an excellent solution for creating a professional-looking website quickly and efficiently.

Exactly what we needed to get online
We used CodeDesign.ai to build our website for our clinic, and honestly, it’s been a lifesaver! Their platform made it possible for us to create and launch our own site something we’d been trying to do for months. Before finding CodeDesign, we actually paid a lump sum to someone who promised to build our site and delivered nothing. So finally being able to do it ourselves feels amazing.

Game Changer for Web Development!
I’ve been using CodeDesign.app for a recent project, and I have to say, it is hands down one of the most impressive AI website builders I’ve come across.
• Speed: Go from idea to live site in minutes.
• Code Export: The generated code is surprisingly clean and easy to work with if you need to host it elsewhere.
• Customisation: You aren’t locked into rigid templates; the editor gives you full control over colours, fonts, and layout.

What is a cookie consent banner?
A cookie consent banner is the notice visitors see when a website asks them to accept, reject or adjust optional cookies and similar technologies. A useful banner also passes that choice to the scripts behind the page.
Is a cookie consent banner the same as a cookie policy?
No. The banner collects a visitor choice. A cookie policy or declaration explains what the website uses and why. Cookie Manager helps you manage both parts, but it does not replace legal advice.
Which consent modes can I start with?
Cookie Manager includes starting points for GDPR opt-in consent, CCPA/CPRA opt-out controls and a strict global mode. You can then adjust the wording, categories, targeting and behaviour for your website.
Can the banner block scripts until visitors choose?
Yes. Map optional scripts to a consent category and they stay off until the visitor allows that category.
Does it support Google Consent Mode?
Yes. Cookie Manager can pass consent updates to Google Consent Mode, so Google tags follow the visitor’s choice.
Can I customise the design and wording?
Yes. You can change the notice layout, placement, preference-centre style, labels, message, colours, theme and button set. Custom CSS is also available for teams that need deeper control.
Can I use it outside CodeDesign?
Yes. CodeDesign sites can be enabled directly. For other websites, you can use the JavaScript runtime or follow the WordPress, Shopify, React and Next.js installation guidance.
Will Cookie Manager find every service automatically?
Scanning helps discover services across the pages it can reach, but websites change and some technologies may require manual review. Treat scan results as a strong starting point and check the final declaration and blocking rules before publishing.
Does this make my website legally compliant?
Cookie Manager provides configuration, consent and record-keeping tools; it is not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Your organisation remains responsible for its privacy notices, legal basis, setup choices and ongoing review.
